To ensure clarity, fairness, and legal protection for both our clients and our business, please review the following terms and conditions before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you agree to these policies.
Consultations

A consultation is required before beginning any advanced treatment. This ensures your treatment plan is safe, customized, and tailored to your skin’s needs.

Consultations are 30 minutes and have a fee of $75.

The consultation fee may be credited toward your first treatment if booked within 2 weeks of your consultation. After 2 weeks, the fee will not carry forward.
Appointments & Clinic Policies
Credit Card on File
A valid credit card must be kept securely on file to hold any appointment. This allows us to confirm bookings and process payments according to our policies.
Rescheduling & Cancellations
Cancellations made with less than 48 business hours’ notice (Monday–Friday, 10am–5pm) will be charged the full cost of the booked service. No-shows will be charged the full service cost plus an additional $100 late fee.
Arriving Late
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or rescheduled. In either case, late cancellation fees may still apply.
Service Downgrades
If you choose to downgrade your service upon arrival (e.g., from an advanced treatment to a basic facial), you will still be charged for the originally booked service.
Product Orders, Packages & Refunds
Orders

For easier processing, products must be purchased through our online store.

In-clinic purchases must be completed during a scheduled appointment or by booking a dedicated product pickup time. In person, unannounced product sales cannot be accommodated.
By Appointment Only
We operate strictly by appointment. For privacy and safety, we cannot allow walk-ins, door knocks, or unannounced visits.
Treatment Packages

Most treatments are recommended at 2–4 week intervals.

Packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and time-sensitive.

Failure to complete treatments within the advised timeframe may result in forfeiting unused sessions.
Refunds

All services are final sale.

All opened products are final sale.

Unopened products may be eligible for return upon inspection and approval.

Adverse or allergic reactions may qualify for a return if all conditions below are met:

Proof of the reaction must be submitted with time-stamped, dated documentation (e.g., photos or medical note).

The product must be inspected in person to confirm how much is remaining.

The reaction must occur upon first use. Products must be essentially full/brand new.

Any product with noticeable ongoing use or missing significant amounts will not qualify for a return.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
Gift Cards

All gift card sales are final and cannot be redeemed for cash. Unused balances remain on the card for future use but cannot be refunded.

Please purchase carefully, as we cannot adjust or refund unused amounts.
At-Home Care & Product Commitment
To achieve your best results, a customized at-home skincare routine is highly recommended. The products suggested by your provider are selected to protect your skin, support your treatments, and promote long-term results. If you choose not to follow professional home care:

Your results may differ.

Any irritation, slower progress, or reduced effectiveness will not be attributed to the in-clinic treatments alone.

Treatments and home care are designed to work together — without both, results cannot be guaranteed.

Clients must disclose all relevant health conditions, medications, allergies, and recent procedures before each appointment.
The clinic is not liable for adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results caused by:

Failure to follow pre-care or post-care instructions

Use of unapproved at-home products

Clients assume responsibility for their own health and skin outcomes when choosing not to follow recommended care plans.
Rights & Terms

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual who demonstrates unsafe behaviour, is disrespectful, or fails to comply with clinic policies.

We reserve the right to withhold or discontinue treatments if consultations, pre-care, post-care, or home care requirements are not followed.

We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time without notice.
The most up-to-date version will always be available on our website and applies to all bookings.
