   •    Stay hydrated and moisturize your skin well leading up to your facial.
   •    Avoid excessive sun exposure and tanning beds for at least a week before your treatment.
   •    If you’ve had Botox, fillers, or other cosmetic procedures, wait at least 2 weeks before booking a facial.
   •    Let us know if you have any skin sensitivities, allergies, or recent changes in medication.

   •    Avoid touching your face and skip makeup for the rest of the day.
   •    Stay out of direct sun for 48 hours and wear SPF daily.
   •    Avoid sweating, hot showers, and steam for 24 hours.

Chemical Peel - Before & After care

•    Avoid exfoliating products (Example: AHA (Glycolic Acid, Mandelic Acid, Lactic Acid), BHA (Salicylic Acid), Benzoyl Peroxide, Retinol, physical exfoliants) for at least 5-7 days before your appointment.
   •    Stay hydrated and moisturize your skin well leading up to your peel.

   •    If you’ve had Botox, fillers, or other cosmetic procedures, wait at least 2 weeks before getting a peel.
   •    Let us know if you have any skin sensitivities, allergies, or recent medication changes.
   •    Do not wax, thread, or shave the treatment area 48 hours before your appointment.

•    Expect mild redness, tightness, and peeling/flaking over the next few days—this is normal.
   •    Avoid touching, picking, or peeling the skin to prevent irritation or scarring.
   •    Stay out of direct sun for at least one week and wear SPF daily.
   •    Avoid heat, sweating, hot showers, and steam rooms for 48 hours.
   •    Keep your skin hydrated with a gentle moisturizer and drink plenty of water.
   •    Hold off on exfoliants, retinoids, and active skincare for at least one week post-peel.
   •    Use a gentle cleanser and avoid scrubbing the skin until peeling is complete.

Peeling/flaking typically can last 3-7 days, depending on the depth of the peel. Let your skin shed naturally for the best results! If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out.

Disclaimer: Results from chemical peels vary based on individual skin type, concerns, and the depth of the peel. Visible peeling or flaking is not always necessary for the treatment to be effective, as cell turnover occurs beneath the surface. Lack of visible peeling does not mean the peel isn’t working. For best results, follow all pre- and post-care instructions. If you experience excessive redness, prolonged irritation, or have concerns, please contact your provider. This treatment is not a substitute for medical care, and individual results may vary.
